Precision tools for day-to-day industrial measurement
Accu supplies measuring instruments that are used every day on factory floors, in maintenance workshops, inspection rooms and field service teams across South Africa. Our range includes calipers, micrometers, gauges, indicators, height gauges, torque tools, force gauges, pressure gauges, temperature instruments, humidity instruments and multimeters. These are the tools technicians rely on when a part must fit first time, a reading must be repeatable and a job cannot wait for guesswork.
We work with businesses that need accurate measuring equipment for metalwork, production, electrical work, maintenance, quality control and compliance checks. Whether you are checking shaft diameters in Germiston, measuring component wear in Boksburg, or verifying readings in a Midrand workshop, the right instrument makes a direct difference to output and scrap rates. We keep the focus on practical supply, dependable calibration and clear advice, not overcomplicated sales talk.
- Caliper supply and calibration for workshop and inspection use
- Micrometer calibration for close tolerance work
- Gauge and indicator calibration for production and maintenance teams
- Force, torque, pressure, temperature and humidity calibration
- Multimeter calibration for electrical testing environments
Who we serve across engineering, manufacturing and technical services
Our clients range from manufacturing plants and engineering firms to maintenance contractors, electronics teams and technicians working on site. We also support quality departments that need traceable records, supervisors who need instruments checked before audits, and field teams that move between customer sites and workshops. Many of these clients work under pressure, with shift patterns and tight turnaround times shaping the workday. That is where reliable calibration and quick collection make a real difference.
Accu serves businesses that value consistent measurements because their own customers expect consistency. A temperature probe that drifts, a caliper that is out by a fraction, or a pressure gauge that cannot be trusted can affect safety, output and rework costs. We understand the pace of South African industry and the need for service that fits the way local businesses actually operate, from the East Rand to broader Gauteng and beyond.
- Engineers needing precise measurement for production and maintenance
- Manufacturers checking parts, assemblies and process settings
- Technicians handling equipment in the field or in plant rooms
- Quality teams needing calibrated instruments and records for audits
- Industrial buyers looking for practical support from an experienced local supplier
How our calibration lab works from collection to return
Our calibration lab in Isando, Kempton Park is set up for careful checking, adjustment where needed, and recorded results that clients can rely on. Items arrive by courier collection nationwide or are delivered to us from nearby areas such as Edenvale, Jet Park and Meadowdale. Once received, each instrument is assessed, calibrated against the required standard and prepared for return with the necessary documentation. We keep the process straightforward because most clients want accuracy, timing and clear feedback, not complicated admin.
Our team handles a wide mix of instruments and understands that different sectors need different tolerances. Bertus Swanepoel, our Senior Calibration Technician, works with the technical side of the service, while Candice Jacobs oversees quality checks and traceability. Tshepo Radebe coordinates field service logistics and collections, and Khanyisile Nxumalo keeps communication clear so clients know what is happening with their equipment. That coordination matters when jobs are urgent and one missing instrument can delay a whole line.
- Book collection through the enquiry form on our contact page
